Current Opportunity

ARTIST DEVELOPMENT

Department: BLKGEM
• Schedule daily and weekly training sessions.
• Notify the training schedule on a daily and weekly basis.
• Monitor and ensure that training follows the established schedule effectively.
• Summarize attendance results: tardiness, absences, and leave.
• Observe and track the progress of trainees.
• Facilitate/manage the classroom/exam room.
• Collect feedback from instructors and prepare a monthly summary report of the training results.
• Coordinate and manage the marketing department (Music Marketing), such as shooting music videos, client projects, mini concerts, fashion shows, etc

Requirements & Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree Business Administration or any related fields.
    • 0 to 2 years of experience in Artist Development.
    • Excellent communication skills and a strong service mindset.
    • Management skills and the ability to provide consulting.
    • Flexible working hours.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

ARTIST RECRUITMENT AND DEVELOPMENT - JAPANESE SPEAKING

Department: G&LDH
Artist Recruitment:

• Oversee the recruitment of artists according to the direction and vision set for the year.
• Identify and approach artists who fit the criteria and vision for the year.
• Develop and maintain relationships with artists and their managers to attract them to participate in auditions.

Audition Management:

• Design and implement audition formats that attract artists and create interest.
• Coordinate logistics for auditions, including location, time, and necessary equipment.
• Follow up on audition results and evaluate the success of the audition process.

Requirements & Qualifications

    • A Bachelor’s degree in Arts Management, Music Business, Marketing, Communications or related fields.
    • Proven experience in artist recruitment, talent management, or a related field, such as working in a talent agency, music label, or entertainment industry.
    • Established network of industry contacts, including artists, managers, agents, and other stakeholders.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with artists, managers, and other industry professionals.
    • Fluent in Japanese, including speaking, writing, and reading.
    • Strong negotiation skills to manage agreements and expectations between artists and the organization.
    • Ability to assess and evaluate artistic talent and potential, understanding what qualities and skills are essential for success.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Department: Music Label
• To oversee and take responsibility for organizing phase activities and concerts, including preparing project details (Presentation Deck) and presenting projects to customer groups.
• Plan and manage various activities in event organization, including coordinating with individuals and groups both within and outside the organization to ensure activities are carried out according to the established plans.
• Efficiently control budget expenditures within the designated plans.
• Monitor and evaluate progress of tasks assigned to individuals and groups.
• Study possibilities regarding company products and services to enhance presentations of activities or sales to customers. • Perform other related duties assigned by superiors.

Requirements & Qualifications

    • Minimum bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Management, or related fields.
    • At least 3-5 years of experience in organizing business events or related activities.
    • Proficient in computer skills with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Negotiation skills, agility in problem-solving, and the ability to handle challenges effectively.
    • Strong interpersonal and leadership qualities.

STOCK CONTROLLER

Department: Showbiz Business
• Check and control incoming and outgoing stock.
• Manage stock issuance.
• Prepare documents such as POs, PRs, stock transfers, and other related paperwork.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness in the warehouse.
• Implement processes for Official Merch products, including creating codes and barcodes, and producing barcode stickers, etc.

Requirements & Qualifications

    • Proficient in Excel, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and other functions.
    • At least 3 years experience in warehouse operations, marketing, or accounting.
    • Familiarity with SAP, BC, or accounting systems such as BOM management.
    • Responsible and detail-oriented.
    • Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration with internal and external parties.
