EDITOR

Department: Music Marketing
· Shoot and edit promotional videos for GMM Music artists, including:
· Short-form content (TikTok, IG Reels)
· Long-form content (Behind the Scenes, Interviews, Online Shows)
· Plan and set up camera angles, lighting, and equipment.
· Edit videos with effects, music, graphics, and subtitles, ensuring alignment with each artist’s image and platform requirements.
· Ensure timely delivery of completed work.

Requirements & Qualifications

    · 1+ year of experience in video shooting/editing, or new graduates with a strong portfolio.
    · Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop.
    · Basic skills in graphic design and motion graphics.
    · Familiarity with camera equipment and shooting techniques.
    · Creative, organized, and able to work well in a team.
    · Passion for music and entertainment content.

Position

GRAPHIC DESIGNER

Department: Showbiz Business
· Design posters and key visuals for concerts, music festivals, and promotional campaigns
· Retouch artist photos and enhance visuals for marketing use
· Create both online and offline materials (e.g., social media, banners, merchandise)
· Collaborate with the creative and artist teams to align visuals with brand direction
· Deliver high-quality designs within deadlines

Requirements & Qualifications

    · 0–3 years of experience in graphic design (new graduates are welcome)
    · Strong portfolio showcasing relevant work (concerts/music/entertainment projects preferred)
    · Proficient in Adobe Photoshop (especially retouching), Illustrator, and InDesign
    · Strong sense of composition, color, and typography
    · Passion for music and visual storytelling

MOTION GRAPHIC (FREELANCE)

VIDEO EDITOR (FREELANCE)

Department: Music Marketing
• Film on-location video content including interviews, behind-the-scenes footage, and promotional material
• Plan and execute shoots, including camera setups, lighting, sound checks, and scene composition
• Operate DSLR/Mirrorless or cinema cameras with a strong understanding of lenses and framing techniques
• Edit video content for various formats (social media, internal presentations, online shows, etc.) using Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools
• Collaborate with creative, marketing, and production teams to ensure consistent visual storytelling
• Organize and manage media files, ensuring smooth delivery of final edits within the deadline.

Requirements & Qualifications

    • Fresh graduates and candidates with at least 2 years of experience in the relevant field are welcome to apply
    • Educational background in Film, Production, Communication Arts, or related fields
    • Strong knowledge of camera operations, lighting setups, and sound recording
    • Proficient in video editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.)
    • Basic understanding of color grading and audio editing
    • Passion for music and entertainment content.
    • Able to work onsite 5 days a week (Flexible working hours).

CONTENT EDITOR

Department: Artist Management Business
· Develop concepts and create engaging content (text, images, and videos) for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and other channels.
· Write compelling copy that captures attention within the first three lines.
· Use storytelling to present products in an impactful and engaging way.
· Stay up to date with social media trends, understand what content goes viral, and adapt it effectively.
· Experiment with new ideas with the team, such as new content formats, live selling styles, or collaborations with influencers.
· Work closely with the marketing and graphic teams to plan weekly/monthly content calendars.
· Participate in on-site shoots/content production when required.
· Edit videos using Premiere Pro or CapCut (required).

Requirements & Qualifications

    · Bachelor’s degree in Communication Arts, Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
    · 2–3 years of relevant experience (Portfolio of past self-created content is a plus).
    · Creative, trend-savvy, passionate about storytelling, and hands-on in content creation.
    · Strong understanding of social media platforms and online consumer behavior.
    · Highly responsible, with good teamwork skills.
    · Passion for or knowledge of the music and entertainment industry.
