MEDIA PARTNERSHIP

Department: Music Marketing
• Present various media of the company including online, offline, and event as well as special project ideas to clients
• Prepare and manage proposals for client presentations, negotiate with decision-makers, and obtain approval for projects.
• Coordinate and manage project details with clients and internal team to control timelines according to project agreements

Requirements & Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related fields
    • Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience from Client Service, AE, or Media Buyer.
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of handling front-facing problem-solving.
    • Positive attitude towards customer service.
    • Past experience from a client service role or as a media buyer would be a big plus

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Department: Artist Management Business
• To oversee and take responsibility for organizing phase activities and concerts, including preparing project details (Presentation Deck) and presenting projects to customer groups.
• Plan and manage various activities in event organization, including coordinating with individuals and groups both within and outside the organization to ensure activities are carried out according to the established plans.
• Efficiently control budget expenditures within the designated plans.
• Monitor and evaluate progress of tasks assigned to individuals and groups.
• Study possibilities regarding company products and services to enhance presentations of activities or sales to customers.
• Perform other related duties assigned by superiors.

Requirements & Qualifications

    • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related fields.
    • At least 3-5 years of experience in organizing business events or related activities.
    • Proficient in computer skills with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Negotiation skills, agility in problem-solving, and the ability to handle challenges effectively.
    • Strong interpersonal and leadership qualities.

Department: Music Marketing
• Plan PR campaigns, create content to promote artist, write news releases, distribute news, and making relationship with media.
• Provide consultation and guidance to artists to help achieve their goals.
• Communicate positively and foster a good public image for artists.
• Manage artist contracts and coordinate various tasks smoothly.

Requirements & Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree or higher in any related field.
    • Direct experience in Artist Management or 3-5 years in Public Relations functions.
    • Excellent communication skills and a strong service mindset.
    • Strong management skills and ability to provide consultancy.
    • Flexible with working hours.
    • Proficient in making presentations.

INFLUENCER MARKETING SPECIALIST

Department: Showbiz Business
• Develop Influencer and KOLs (Key Opinion Leader) Plan across all platforms include Facebook, TikTok, IG, Twitter, YouTube, and articles within the specified budget.
• Present and control content ideas to align with the established strategy.
• Contact, coordinate, negotiate with KOLs to implement and post content according to the budget and timeline of the plan.
• Monitor and prepare reports to consolidate learnings for future plan development.
• Manage various related documents.

Requirements & Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree in advertising, communication arts, marketing, digital media or any related field.
    • At least 3 years of experience with KOLs across various platforms including planning, communicating, and having strong connections with KOLs is preferable.
    • Understand various digital platforms and regularly update media platforms.
    • Experience in entertainment or a passion for concerts is advantageous.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT (JAPANESE SPEAKING)

Department: Music Label
• Coordinating business activities for joint ventures, ensuring effective communication and collaboration between partner entities.
• Maintaining accurate records of joint venture transactions and agreements and facilitating timely reporting to stakeholders.
• Organizing meetings and managing correspondence between joint venture partners.
• Developing and implementing strategies to optimize joint venture performance and enhance mutual benefits.
• Providing support to joint venture teams, resolving issues, and fostering positive working relationships.
• Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements governing joint venture operations.
• Collaborating with internal departments and external partners to achieve joint venture objectives.
• Supporting the negotiation and implementation of joint venture agreements and contracts.

Requirements & Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related fields.
    • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant work experience, preferably within the entertainment industry.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Japanese, N2 above.
    • Proficiency in delivering compelling presentations in both languages.
    • Effective time management, planning, and organizational capabilities.
    • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Develop 360 marketing communications plan to promote songs / artists
• Conduct research on music-lover & consumer insight to enhance marketing communications plan
• Work together with internal team to develop creative ideas, PR plan, social media content plan and even on-ground activity
• Identify and optimize plans where improvements can be made within the campaigns
• Implement, manage and monitor throughout the campaigns

Requirements & Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in marketing, communications, or relevant field.
    • 1+ years of experience in marketing, planning or creative area.
    • Prior experience as a Communication Planner or Creative is a big plus
    • Need to have creative and can-do mindset / attitude
    • Good interpersonal and communication skills
    • Good narration and presentation skill (Keynote, Canva, PowerPoint)
    • Ability to manage marketing campaign and project individually

Department: Music Label
• Develop and execute promotional campaigns to increase awareness of our artists and music releases.
• Collaborate with artists, management, and internal teams to align promotional efforts with overall marketing goals.
• Coordinate and implement marketing strategies across various platforms including social media, press releases, and more.
• Organize and promote live events, showcases, and listening parties.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance and provide reports to management.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging promotional opportunities.

Requirements & Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Music Business, or related field preferred.
    • Proven experience in music promotion, marketing, or related field.
    • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
    • Excellent communication and networking skills.
    • Creative thinker with a passion for music and promoting talent.
    • Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
