CREATIVE MARKETING

Department: Artist Management Business
• Creative campaign planning, execution, and budget management for 360-degree music marketing campaigns.
• Ensure that the creative work is delivered on time, to the required level of quality, and within the estimated budget agreed upon with the account management teams.
• Supervise and control all production processes that require synchronization with other related teams.
• Create and implement tailored marketing plans based on individual client requirements.
• Analyze the music industry in Thailand and globally, as well as current market trends, to provide the best music solutions for businesses.
• Propose and present creative campaigns to clients.
• Execute campaigns by working with other internal and external teams.

Requirements & Qualifications

    • Degree in marketing, communications, or a relevant field.
    • 2-5+ years of experience in creative campaigns, from ideation to execution, in advertising or similar creative and entertainment industries.
    • Ability to plan and organize internal and external resources to deliver agreed outcomes for a variety of projects within the agreed quality, timeframe, and budget.
    • Thorough understanding of lifestyle and cultural trends, with a passion for music and musical talent-related content being important; able to stay ahead of music/advertising trends.
    • Ability to multitask and possess practical time management skills.
    • Proven budget management abilities.
    • Good communication and negotiation skills.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT (JAPANESE SPEAKING)

Department: Music Label
• Coordinating business activities for joint ventures, ensuring effective communication and collaboration between partner entities.
• Maintaining accurate records of joint venture transactions and agreements and facilitating timely reporting to stakeholders.
• Organizing meetings and managing correspondence between joint venture partners.
• Developing and implementing strategies to optimize joint venture performance and enhance mutual benefits.
• Providing support to joint venture teams, resolving issues, and fostering positive working relationships.
• Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements governing joint venture operations.
• Collaborating with internal departments and external partners to achieve joint venture objectives.

Requirements & Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related fields.

    • Proficiency in delivering compelling presentations in both languages.

• Develop 360 marketing communications plan to promote songs / artists
• Conduct research on music-lover & consumer insight to enhance marketing communications plan
• Work together with internal team to develop creative ideas, PR plan, social media content plan and even on-ground activity
• Identify and optimize plans where improvements can be made within the campaigns
• Implement, manage and monitor throughout the campaigns

Requirements & Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in marketing, communications, or relevant field.
    • 2+ years of experience in marketing, planning or creative area.
    • Prior experience as a Communication Planner or Creative is a big plus
    • Need to have creative and can-do mindset / attitude

    • Good narration and presentation skill (Keynote, Canva, PowerPoint)

• Collaborate with artists, management, and internal teams to align promotional efforts with overall marketing goals.

• Organize and promote live events, showcases, and listening parties.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance and provide reports to management.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging promotional opportunities.

    • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Music Business, or related field preferred.
    • Proven experience in music promotion, marketing, or related field.
    • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and social media platforms.

Department: Rights Management Business
• Research and analyze the target market
• Understand industry trends, customer behavior, competitor activity, and emerging technologies.
• Develop co-marketing opportunities and campaigns with strategic partners in the entertainment and media industry.
• Use Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to track interactions, follow up with potential leads, and ensure consistent engagement with target businesses.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns.
• Negotiate licensing agreements and contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for both the music rights holder and the business.
• Develop pricing strategies and offer tailored licensing packages that meet the needs of specific businesses.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to secure new deals, leveraging both inbound and outbound sales tactics.
• Track and manage a sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and closing deals.
• Work with legal teams to ensure proper contracts are created, ensuring compliance with licensing terms and regulations.
• Manage the negotiation process for high-value or complex music licenses.
• Track the progress of business development efforts, analyzing performance against sales targets, market penetration, and revenue growth.
• Provide regular reports and updates to leadership on sales progress and customer feedback
• Identify and develop new business opportunities, including entering new markets or offering new music licensing services.
• Explore potential partnerships with music agencies, digital platforms, and other relevant industries to expand the reach of music licensing services.

Requirements & Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Marketing or a related field
    • Minimum 15 years of experience in Trade Marketing, OTT Business specialize in trade promotion, business development, marketing campaign and collaboration marketing in in the context of B2B and B2C especially in media and entertainment business is a big advantage.
    • Excellent knowledge in handling BTL, events, sponsorship marketing also a big plus.
    • Teamwork, good collaborative working style, trustworthy and multitasks.

· Set up campaigns, including, if applicable, building social, search, or biddable campaigns on social platforms.

Requirements & Qualifications

    • 3-5 years of experience in Marketing, CRM Marketing or related fields
    • Solid understanding of fan/customer behavior with the ability to design effective engagement activities
    • Strong communication skills with the ability to use the right community tone & language
    • Experience in Entertainment, Gaming, Retail, or K-pop fandom industries is a plus
