ADS OPTIMIZATION

Department: Music Marketing
• Set up, manage, and optimize real-time bidding for Facebook Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, Twitter Ads, TikTok Ads, and other platforms for the best results.
• Monitor, report, and analyze campaign results to meet KPIs.
• Collaborate with teams to initiate and guide A/B tests, incrementality tests, and spend scaling tests for campaigns to determine what works best.
• Act as a consultant and work closely with teams, planners, and partners to ensure that campaigns are kept up to speed with progress and results.

Requirements & Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in any field is required.
    • 1-2 years of experience in biddable media, ads performance, or a related field.
    • Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work with raw data and create presentations.

MARKETING - TEAM HEAD

Department: Rights Management Business
• Research and analyze the target market
• Understand industry trends, customer behavior, competitor activity, and emerging technologies.
• Develop co-marketing opportunities and campaigns with strategic partners in the entertainment and media industry.
• Use Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to track interactions, follow up with potential leads, and ensure consistent engagement with target businesses.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns.
• Negotiate licensing agreements and contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for both the music rights holder and the business.
• Develop pricing strategies and offer tailored licensing packages that meet the needs of specific businesses.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to secure new deals, leveraging both inbound and outbound sales tactics.
• Track and manage a sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and closing deals.
• Work with legal teams to ensure proper contracts are created, ensuring compliance with licensing terms and regulations.
• Manage the negotiation process for high-value or complex music licenses.
• Track the progress of business development efforts, analyzing performance against sales targets, market penetration, and revenue growth.
• Provide regular reports and updates to leadership on sales progress and customer feedback
• Identify and develop new business opportunities, including entering new markets or offering new music licensing services.
• Explore potential partnerships with music agencies, digital platforms, and other relevant industries to expand the reach of music licensing services.

Requirements & Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Marketing or a related field
    • Minimum 15 years of experience in Trade Marketing, OTT Business specialize in trade promotion, business development, marketing campaign and collaboration marketing in in the context of B2B and B2C especially in media and entertainment business is a big advantage.
    • Excellent knowledge in handling BTL, events, sponsorship marketing also a big plus.
    • Teamwork, good collaborative working style, trustworthy and multitasks.
    • Experienced in team management

PUBLIC RELATION SPECIALIST (CORPORATE COMMUNICATIONS)

Department: Corporate Affairs / PR
• Develop effective PR strategies and campaigns.
• Build and maintaining brand image by using all forms of media, and planning PR programs/tactics.
• Initiate interesting news issues for a media pitch
• Analyze media coverage and providing reports.
• Monitor the media, including TV, newspapers, magazines, journals, radio, podcast, YouTube, social media sites and blogs, or website for opportunities for the right target.
• Identify trends and public interests in order to provide advice on business and marketing communication decisions
• Manage the PR aspect of a potential crisis situation.
• Establish and maintain relationships with media as well as artists
• Respond to requests for information release or interview from the media.

Requirements & Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in journalism, PR, marketing communication or related field.
    • 4+ years of experienced in PR or related field.
    • Strong relationship with Marketing/Business media section both online and offline.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills both Thai and English.
    • Ability to think both creatively and strategically.

Department: Showbiz Business
• Execute offline media strategies for concerts and festivals.
• Negotiate with media owners and service providers to secure optimal placements and pricing.
• Research and monitor offline media trends that align with the target audiences of concerts and festivals.
• Coordinate with suppliers and business partners to ensure media advertisements align with the planned strategy.
• Oversee the installation and deployment of media advertisements on-site to ensure effective execution.

Requirements & Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • At least 1–3 years of experience in the media industry or as a project coordinator within the concert, event, or festival industry.
    • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), including advanced Excel functions.
    • A strong understanding of target audience behavior for concerts and festivals, with the ability to select appropriate offline media channels.
    • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Create marketing campaigns and content with creative ideas and strategy via digital channels (sometimes offline) to drive user engagement.
• Work with the creative marketing team to come up with creative approach and design reference for marketing materials needed, including artwork, videos and copies.
• Co-ordinate with the performance media marketing team to execute and monitor digital ads.
• Execute plan and budget effectively and efficiently.
• Manage multiple projects at the same time.
• Excellent at presentation design.
• Able to present the creative big idea and execution to the partners.
• Communicate with internal and external teams effectively.

Requirements & Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
    • 2-5 years of experience in creative campaigns, from ideation to execution, in advertising or similar creative and entertainment industries.
    • Ability to plan and organize internal and external resources to deliver outcomes for various projects within the agreed-upon quality, timeframe, and budget.
    • Thorough understanding of lifestyle and cultural trends, with a passion for music and musical talent-related content; ability to stay ahead of music and advertising trends.
    • Strong multitasking and time management skills.
    • Proven budget management abilities.

• Report performance of all digital campaigns for suggestion,
