ADS OPTIMIZATION

Department: Music Marketing
• Set up, manage, and optimize real-time bidding for Facebook Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, Twitter Ads, TikTok Ads, and other platforms for the best results.
• Monitor, report, and analyze campaign results to meet KPIs.
• Collaborate with teams to initiate and guide A/B tests, incrementality tests, and spend scaling tests for campaigns to determine what works best.
• Act as a consultant and work closely with teams, planners, and partners to ensure that campaigns are kept up to speed with progress and results.

Requirements & Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in any field is required.
    • 1-2 years of experience in biddable media, ads performance, or a related field.
    • Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work with raw data and create presentations.

CREATIVE MARKETING

Department: Artist Management Business
• Creative campaign planning, execution, and budget management for 360-degree music marketing campaigns.
• Ensure that the creative work is delivered on time, to the required level of quality, and within the estimated budget agreed upon with the account management teams.
• Supervise and control all production processes that require synchronization with other related teams.
• Create and implement tailored marketing plans based on individual client requirements.
• Analyze the music industry in Thailand and globally, as well as current market trends, to provide the best music solutions for businesses.
• Propose and present creative campaigns to clients.
• Execute campaigns by working with other internal and external teams.

Requirements & Qualifications

    • Degree in marketing, communications, or a relevant field.
    • 2-5+ years of experience in creative campaigns, from ideation to execution, in advertising or similar creative and entertainment industries.
    • Ability to plan and organize internal and external resources to deliver agreed outcomes for a variety of projects within the agreed quality, timeframe, and budget.
    • Thorough understanding of lifestyle and cultural trends, with a passion for music and musical talent-related content being important; able to stay ahead of music/advertising trends.
    • Ability to multitask and possess practical time management skills.
    • Proven budget management abilities.
    • Good communication and negotiation skills.

MARKETING ANALYSIS AND BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT (CONCERT & FESTIVALS)

Department: Showbiz Business
• Analyze demographic (age, gender, income, fan behavior) and geographic (city, region, venue proximity data for market prioritization
• Identify market-specific opportunities for fan engagement, pricing strategies, and upselling
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to optimize ticket selling based on data insights
• Build geo-targeting strategies to support regional advertising, fan outreach, and localized content
• Identify high-conversion markets and underperforming locations to support real-time marketing pivots
• Integrate data from ticketing, fan clubs, social platforms, and CRM systems and etc.
• Produce dashboards and reports that clearly visualize fan density, market saturation, and sales velocity
• Provide marketing recommendations based on regional fan demand, population trends, and historical event data
• Use data to support pricing decisions, tiered offerings, and upsell strategies based on local purchasing behavior
• Monitor competitor activity in key geographic markets to anticipate ticketing trends and adjust tactics
• Track fan sentiment and conversations via social listening tools to measure impact and identify demand

Requirements & Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or Music Business
    • 3+ years of experience in marketing analytics, with a strong focus on demographic and geographic data
    • Proficient in Excel and visualization.
    • Hands-on experience with analytics from ticketing, ad platforms, CRM databases or marketing based
    • Experiences with collecting data by survey or etc.
    • Familiarity with audience segmentation, market scoring, and radius-based targeting strategies
    • Strong understanding and passionate for the concert or festivals.
    • Able to travel intensively
    • Ability to turn complex datasets into easy-to-understand, actionable insights.

Department: Physical and Merchandise Business
• Develop and implement e-commerce and merchandising strategies to drive sales growth.
• Manage day-to-day operations across Lazada, Shopee, Facebook, Line, Instagram, TikTok, and the company’s own online channels.
• Collaborate with marketing, creative, customer service, fulfillment, and supply chain teams to improve customer experience and operational performance.
• Plan and execute monthly promotional activities.
• Increase traffic through marketplace tools and support performance marketing on social media platforms.
• Monitor budget spending, track performance, and generate sales and operations reports.
• Analyze consumer, product, and channel data to identify opportunities and recommend improvements.

Requirements & Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
    • 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce, online merchandising, or digital marketing.
    • Familiarity with key e-commerce platforms and social media marketing tools.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to derive insights from data.
    • Basic knowledge of sales forecasting, promotional planning, and digital campaign execution.

Department: Music Label
• Coordinate with production, marketing, and music teams to develop content according to the defined strategy.
• Provide creative guidance and present ideas to artists throughout the creative process.
• Stay updated with trends and developments in the music industry and market preferences to incorporate them into the creative work.
• Oversee the presentation and continuous adaptation of work to meet the needs of fans and the market.
• Evaluate the performance of campaigns and adjust strategies based on the results.

Requirements & Qualifications

    • At least 2 year of experience in a creative role or digital marketing within the music industry or a related field.
    • Experience creating content for platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, or TikTok is an advantage.
    • Highly creative with fresh ideas and the ability to present them effectively.
    • Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate concepts and ideas clearly.
    • Proficient in using relevant software tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects), or other related programs.
