SALES

Department: Rights Management Business
• Present and sell GMM Grammy song copyrights to customers and introduce new promotions to assigned zone customers.
• Maintain the existing customer base and expand the new customer base.
• Compile customer visit reports and other reports.
• Perform other assigned tasks.

Requirements & Qualifications

    • Educational qualification not lower than Vocational Certificate (or higher).
    • Previous sales experience is preferred.
    • Ability to travel to different provinces and work night shifts.
    • Owns a personal motorcycle and possesses a valid driver's license.
    • Good personality, polite, proactive; enjoys sales work, traveling, and service-oriented jobs.

SALES (LICENSING BUSINESS) - ENGLISH SPEAKING

Department: Rights Management Business
• Drive expansion of the company’s customer base and achieve sales growth targets
• Define and implement innovative business models to optimize outcomes
• Identify and engage with new potential customers, including international markets
• Develop customized sales proposals aligned with client needs
• Proactively seek and evaluate new business opportunities in the market
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
• Conduct thorough market research to identify new markets and emerging trends

Requirements & Qualifications

    • 3+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Business Partnerships, or related fields
    • Fluent in English (business-level proficiency required, both written and spoken)
    • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
    • Experience in the licensing business is a strong advantage
    • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
    • Strong grasp of sales performance metrics and data-driven decision-making
    • Analytical thinker with the ability to learn quickly and adapt in a dynamic environment
    • Able to work onsite 5 days a week (Flexible working hours).

SALES - TEAM LEADER

Department: Artist Management Business
• Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies for on-event and on-premise channels to achieve company targets.
• Identify growth opportunities, key accounts, and potential partnerships to strengthen market presence.
• Plan and execute trade marketing activities, promotions, and event activations to drive sales performance.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to refine strategies.
• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve short- and long-term business goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners in the on-premise and event sectors.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and promotional agreements to ensure profitability.
• Oversee performance monitoring, sales forecasting, and reporting.
• Work closely with the Marketing, Trade Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure consistent brand positioning and execution.
• Provide direction, coaching, and performance management to the sales team.
• Establish KPIs and ensure continuous improvement in team effectiveness and efficiency.

Requirements & Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
    • Minimum 10 years of sales experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
    • Proven track record in On-Premise, On-Trade and B2C channel management, preferably in FMCG, beverage, or lifestyle industry.
    • Strong negotiation, strategic thinking, and leadership skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Able to travel domestically
