· Strategic Planning:
Develop and maintain a long-term technical roadmap for cloud infrastructure, DevOps, and DevSecOps to align with business goals.
· Cloud Platform Management:
Oversee cloud infrastructure to ensure optimal performance, cost efficiency, scalability, and reliability. Manage deployment, automation processes, and system maintenance.
· DevOps Strategy & Execution:
Drive the adoption and continuous improvement of DevOps practices, fostering a culture of Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Delivery (CD) through automation and best practices.
· DevSecOps Integration:
Integrate security controls, defense mechanisms, and compliance checks into the DevOps workflow, embedding security within the development lifecycle.
· Cross-functional Collaboration:
Collaborate closely with product managers, software engineers, and executives to align technical capabilities with business objectives. · Team Leadership & Management:
Lead and manage the Cloud Platform, DevOps, and DevSecOps teams by setting clear goals, providing guidance and coaching, and conducting performance evaluations to ensure team effectiveness.
Requirements & Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
· Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a team lead or managerial role overseeing Cloud Platform, DevOps, and DevSecOps functions.
· Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities, with a proven track record in troubleshooting complex technical issues.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple teams and stakeholders.
· Able to work onsite 5 days a week (Flexible working hours).
