Current Opportunity

BILLING & COLLECTION - TEAM LEAD

Department: Accounting & Finance
• Lead and manage a team of collection officers, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluation.
• Set clear performance objectives for the team and monitor progress towards achieving collection goals.
• Develop and implement effective collection strategies and procedures to minimize overdue accounts and maximize collection rates.
• Monitor daily collection activities and performance metrics such as collection rates, aging reports, and cash flow projections.
• Prepare regular reports and presentations on collection activities, progress, and challenges for management review.

Requirements & Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
    • Proven experience 5 years in collections management or a similar role, with a demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team.
    • Strong knowledge of debt collection laws, practices, and regulations.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
    • Proficiency in MS Office and experience with collection software systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, BC365) is advantageous.

ACCOUNTS PAYABLE (AP)

Department: Accounting & Finance
• Verify the accuracy of vendor invoices and record data in the accounting system.
• Prepare payments to vendors according to due dates.
• Clear and reconcile petty cash and advance payment documents.
• Ensure expense transactions are recorded in the correct accounting period and reflect actual incurred expenses.
• Prepare input VAT reports in a timely and accurate manner.

Requirements & Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
    • 1-3 years of experience in account payable.
    • Experience with ERP systems, including MS365, SAP, Oracle, or BC365.
    • Proficient in MS Excel, including VLOOKUP, SUMIF, and IF.

CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER (CFO)

Department: Accounting & Finance
• Oversee all financial and operational controls and metrics within the organization.
• Develop and implement the company's financial strategy in alignment with the overall organizational goals and objectives.
• Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes, analyzing financial performance, and identifying areas for improvement.
• Provide accurate and timely financial reports, statements, and analysis to the management team and stakeholders.
• Prepare financial presentations and provide insights for Board of Directors (BoD) meetings, particularly for subsidiary companies.
• Manage funding activities including sourcing loans, managing relationships with financial institutions, and ensuring optimal capital structure.
• Maintain executive responsibility for financial operations, including working capital, capital expenditures, debt levels, taxes, budget, and general accounting.
• Participate in strategic decision-making processes, evaluating the financial implications of business initiatives, investments, and expansion opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, such as investors, banks, auditors, and regulatory authorities.
• Oversee cash flow management and liquidity planning to support business operations and growth.

Requirements & Qualifications

    • Bachelor or Master 's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
    • 15+ years in progressively responsible finance roles, including managerial experience.
    • Strong financial acumen and deep understanding of financial principles, practices, and regulations
    • Demonstrated track record in financial planning, analysis, and strategic decision support.
    • Experience in a listed company is preferable.
    • Good command of spoken and written English.
    • Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information to both financial and non-financial stakeholders.
