• Generate and send invoices to customers.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of all invoices before sending.
• Follow up on overdue payments with customers.
• Prepare regular reports on accounts receivable aging and collection status.
Requirements & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in related field.
• At least 1 years of experience in Collection.
• Experience with medium to large ERP systems such as MS365, SAP, Oracle, or BC365.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, including functions VLOOKUP, SUMIF, IF
• Issue invoices, receipts, and tax invoices.
• Record withholding tax data in the system.
• Follow up with debtors to ensure timely payments.
• Perform bank reconciliation.
Requirements & Qualifications
• Gender: Not specified, Age 24–30 years.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in accounts receivable.
• Strong knowledge of accounting and taxation.
• Experience using mid-to-large-scale ERP systems such as MS365, SAP, Oracle, or BC365.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, SUMIF, IF, etc.).
