Current Opportunity

FINANCIAL PLANNING AND ANALYSIS

Department: Accounting & Finance
• Plan budgets and working capital, including short-term predictions and long-term forecasts, to ensure proper management decisions in all financial aspects.
• Prepare annual budgeting plans and monthly current forecasts.
• Monitor and control the accuracy of budgeting plans.
• Analyze and report on key drivers of revenue and expense forecasting, along with other financial data. Draw conclusions, present recommendations, and prepare monthly reports for Executive Management and Business Units as assigned.
• Analyze financial results, trends, performance metrics, and provide root cause analysis to support business decisions. Support business planning and analyze complex company information for management.
• Develop models to aid decision-making.
• Work closely with other business units to analyze various projects as assigned.

Requirements & Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related quantitative fields.
    • More than 5 years of experience in financial process and budget planning or related fields.
    • Strong financial knowledge and understanding of the income statement; proficiency in working capital management is a must.
    • Proficient in English communication, both written and verbal.
    • Computer skills, including the ability to operate computerized accounting systems.
    • Able to work as part of a team and under pressure, with a high level of responsibility.
    • Analytical and problem-solving skills..

FINANCE OPERATIONS - TEAM HEAD

Department: Accounting & Finance
• Directing all aspects of Finance Department, overseeing all transactions related to cashflow management
• Operating finance collection and payment.
• Providing strategic guidance around capital financing options to support company growth needs.
• Developing and coordinating all relationships with lending/financial institutions
• Developing and maintaining all necessary Finance policies and systems including Standard Operating Procedure for all section under Finance Department
• Work with other team members to understand all cash inflow and outflow appropriate reports for tracking.

Requirements & Qualifications

    • Bachelor or Master degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or related fields.
    • 10+ years working experience in financial management.
    • Sound working experience with public company limited or Multi-International Company would be a big plus
    • Proven experienced in strategic level of funding and familiar with banking process.
    • Business level of English (Reading and writing)

BILLING & COLLECTION - TEAM LEAD

Department: Accounting & Finance
• Lead and manage a team of collection officers, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluation.
• Set clear performance objectives for the team and monitor progress towards achieving collection goals.
• Develop and implement effective collection strategies and procedures to minimize overdue accounts and maximize collection rates.
• Monitor daily collection activities and performance metrics such as collection rates, aging reports, and cash flow projections.
• Prepare regular reports and presentations on collection activities, progress, and challenges for management review.

Requirements & Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
    • Proven experience 5 years in collections management or a similar role, with a demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team.
    • Strong knowledge of debt collection laws, practices, and regulations.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
    • Proficiency in MS Office and experience with collection software systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, BC365) is advantageous.
