Current Opportunity

CREATIVE CAMPAIGN (COPYWRITER)

Department: Showbiz Business
• Plan and execute 360° promotional campaigns for concerts, festivals, and entertainment shows, working closely with Art Directors and creative teams.
• Create mock-ups and presentation materials to visualize campaign ideas for clients and internal teams.
• Craft compelling copy and creative concepts that engage audiences across multiple channels.
• Manage production processes and coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure smooth execution within timeline, quality, and budget.
• Develop and implement customized promotion plans based on client requirements.

Requirements & Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
    • 3–5+ years of experience in campaign management, copywriting, or content creation in advertising, entertainment, or similar creative industries.
    • Strong writing skills with the ability to turn ideas into clear, engaging messages.
    • Solid understanding of lifestyle and cultural trends with a genuine passion for music, concerts, and live shows.
    • Proven ability to manage budgets, multitask, and deliver under deadlines.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

CREATIVE

Department: Music Marketing
• Develop creative concepts and content for T-POP artists’ online programs and social media.
• Design program formats, write scripts, and oversee production (Pre–Post).
• Collaborate with producers, graphic designers, marketing teams; basic short-form video editing (Capcut).
• Create digital/online campaigns, analyze audience behavior, and track trends.
• Pitch ideas to management/partners and manage the creative team to deliver on plan.

Requirements & Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Communication Arts, Marketing, or related field.
    • 3+ years of experience in Creative/Content/Program Development (online/social media focus).
    • Strong knowledge of digital platforms (TikTok, IG, X, Facebook, YouTube).
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
    • Experience in online program formats or music industry (T-POP/K-POP) is a plus.

Department: Music Label
• Develop creative communication concepts for artists and songs under Grammy Gold to effectively connect with target audiences.
• Generate ideas and concepts for Music Videos, Live Sessions, Behind-the-Scenes, and short-form content to enhance artist identity and engagement.
• Define and craft each artist’s communication direction, including mood & tone, key messages, and visual direction.
• Collaborate closely with production and digital teams to develop content aligned with the label’s strategy.
• Stay updated on music and social media content trends across platforms to inspire new creative ideas.

Requirements & Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Communication Arts, Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
    • 2–3 years of experience in Creative, Content Creation, Copywriting, or Campaign Ideation (experience in the music or entertainment industry is a plus).
    • Strong understanding of audience behavior and storytelling across social media platforms such as TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, especially when working with production and digital teams.
    • Passion for music and entertainment is a plus.
