• Ensure consistency in design across all online and offline marketing channels.
• Lead all creative design and copywriting efforts.
• Manage the content team responsible for content creation.
• Collaborate with company leaders campaigns for suggestion, recommendation, and improvement goals

Requirements & Qualifications

    • 3 years of experience in design and project management
    • Ability to provide constructive feedback on projects to the creative team.
    • Good time-management skills.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Experience in an advertising agency would be a big plus.

Department: Music Marketing
• Strategic planning to create campaign to promote music business ( IMC campaign Online / Offline )
• Creating creative idea and creating various content to reach segment ,target consumer groups in each platform.
• Manage timeline to launch content .
• Supervising and coaching team to operate all plans effectively with efficiency.

Requirements & Qualifications

    • Bachelor or Master’s degree in Communication Arts ,Marketing Communication, Advertising or related field.
    • At least 8-10 years of experience in Creative role and 3+ years in team management.
    • Creativity always comes up with a new idea in trend .
    • Passion with music, concert , and entertainment business would be a plus

• Develop and execute creative content strategies for promoting showbiz
• Create engaging and visually appealing content, including blog posts, social media updates, videos, and graphics.
• Manage and grow our social media presence on social media platforms.
• Collaborate with the strategy team to plan and implement content campaigns.
• Monitor and analyze content performance, using insights to improve engagement and reach.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in music, entertainment, and digital content creation.
• Engage with our online community, responding to comments and messages in a timely manner.
• Set strategic direction to promote company portfolio.

Requirements & Qualifications

    • Proven experience in creating online content, preferably always on or entertainment industry.
    • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
    • Proficiency in social media platforms and content management systems.
    • Basic graphic design skills and familiarity with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
    • Passion for music, concerts, and music festivals.
    • A portfolio showcasing your previous work in content creation.

CREATIVE MARKETING

Department: Artist Management Business
• Creative campaign planning, execution and budget management of 360-degree music marketing campaigns.
• Ensure the creative work is delivered on time, to the required level of quality, and within the estimated budget agreed with the account management teams.
• Supervise and control all production processes that require synchronization with other related teams.
• Creating and implementing tailored marketing plans based on individual client requirements.

Requirements & Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in marketing, communication or relevant field.
    • 2-5+ years' experience of creative and campaigns from ideation to execution in the advertising or similar creative and entertainment industries.
    • Ability to plan and organize internal and external resources to deliver the agreed outcomes for a variety of projects within the agreed quality timeframe and budget.
    • Have a thorough understanding of lifestyle and cultural trends and passion for music and musical talent-related content important; able to stay ahead of music / advertising trends.
    • Ability to multitask and possess practical time management skills.
    • Proven budget management abilities.
    • Good communication and negotiation skills.

GRAPHIC DESIGN

Department: Showbiz Business
• Creatively conceive and design products for artists, concerts, and music festivals.
• Design merchandise (both in form and material) and present ideas to the relevant teams.
• Ensure that products manufactured by suppliers meet specified quality standards.
• Efficiently collaborate with the team.

Requirements & Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in fine arts, Architecture, Product Design, Graphic Design, or related fields.
    • Minimum of 1 year of experience in Product Design, Merchandise, or related areas.
    • Proficiency in creative product design using graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, 3D software, etc.
    • Strong interest in design work and the ability to generate innovative and contemporary ideas to meet requirements.
    • Highly responsible and willing to confidently present work.
    • Flexible with time, able to work on weekends, and travel to different provinces if necessary.
