CREATIVE

Department: Music Label
• Develop and create creative concepts for various projects related to artists, such as music videos, concerts, and promotional campaigns.
• Define and direct the visual identity and branding of the artist.
• Coordinate with production, marketing, and music teams to develop content according to the defined strategy.
• Provide creative guidance and present ideas to artists throughout the creative process.
• Stay updated with trends and developments in the music industry and market preferences to incorporate them into the creative work.
• Oversee the presentation and continuous adaptation of work to meet the needs of fans and the market.
• Evaluate the performance of campaigns and adjust strategies based on the results.

Requirements & Qualifications

    • At least 2-5 year of experience in a creative role or digital marketing within the music industry or a related field.
    • Experience creating content for platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, or TikTok is an advantage.
    • Highly creative with fresh ideas and the ability to present them effectively.
    • Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate concepts and ideas clearly.
    • Proficient in using relevant software tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects), or other related programs.
    • Music lover.

CREATIVE

Department: Showbiz Business
• Oversee and manage the organization of festivals and concerts, including creating project details (Presentation Deck), and presenting projects to potential customers and sponsors for event organization, etc.
• Plan and manage various aspects of the event organization, including coordinating with individuals and groups both within and outside the organization to ensure activities align with the established plans.
• Control the budget expenditures to remain within the specified plans as efficiently as possible.
• Monitor and evaluate the progress of tasks as assigned.
• Research the feasibility of the company’s products and services to enhance proposals for events or to sell products and services to clients.
• Perform other related tasks as assigned.

Requirements & Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or other related fields.
    • At least 3-5 years of experience in Concerts / Festivals or related work.
    • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Strong negotiation skills, resourcefulness, and ability to solve problems on the spot.
    • Good personality, interpersonal skills, and strong leadership qualities.

CREATIVE (CONCERT & FESTIVAL)

Department: Showbiz Business
• Develop creative concepts and ideas for concerts and music festivals, including theme, lineup, activities, visual direction, and overall event experience.
• Conduct research to understand target audiences and behavioral insights for each concert or festival.
• Collaborate with internal teams—such as marketing, artist relations, content, and event planning—to bring creative visions to life.
• Prepare presentation materials or creative proposals for internal reviews and client/stakeholder alignment.
• Assist in curating the storytelling and branding of each event to ensure a strong and consistent identity.
• Monitor creative execution during the event and gather feedback for post-event improvement.

Requirements & Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Communication Arts, Event Management, or a related field.
    • 3-5+ years of experience in creative development for events, concerts, or festivals.
    • Strong interest in music, pop culture, and live experiences.
    • Creative thinking with strong communication and presentation skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and collaborate across teams.

CONTENT EDITOR

Department: Artist Management
• Develop concepts and create engaging content (text, images, and videos) for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and other channels.
• Write compelling copy that captures attention within the first three lines.
• Use storytelling to present products in an impactful and engaging way.
• Stay up to date with social media trends, understand what content goes viral, and adapt it effectively.
• Experiment with new ideas with the team, such as new content formats, live selling styles, or collaborations with influencers.
• Work closely with the marketing and graphic teams to plan weekly/monthly content calendars.
• Participate in on-site shoots/content production when required.
• Edit videos using Premiere Pro or CapCut (required).

Requirements & Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Communication Arts, Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
    • 2–3 years of relevant experience (Portfolio of past self-created content is a plus).
    • Creative, trend-savvy, passionate about storytelling, and hands-on in content creation.
    • Strong understanding of social media platforms and online consumer behavior.
    • Highly responsible, with good teamwork skills.
    • Passion for or knowledge of the music and entertainment industry.

CONTENT CREATOR

Department: Physical and Merchandise Business
• Create engaging content to promote artist merchandise across all social media platforms.
• Develop content campaigns, fan activities, and promotions to drive merchandise sales.
• Keep up with social, music, and fashion trends and adapt them into content.
• Capture photos and perform basic video editing for merchandise and related activities.
• Analyze content performance (Engagement / Reach / Conversion) to optimize future work.

Requirements & Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication Arts, Mass Communication, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Content Creator or in Social Media.
    • Strong understanding of social media platforms and the creation of engaging content.
    • Skilled in writing captions, storytelling, and communication that resonates with youth and music fans.
    • Proficient in basic photo/video editing software (e.g., Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Canva, CapCut, or similar).
    • Passion for or knowledge of the music and entertainment industry.

CREATIVE MARKETING

Department: Digital Music Business
• Create marketing campaigns and content with creative ideas and strategy via digital channels (sometimes offline) to drive user engagement.
• Work with the creative marketing team to come up with creative approach and design reference for marketing materials needed, including artwork, videos and copies.
• Co-ordinate with the performance media marketing team to execute and monitor digital ads.
• Execute plan and budget effectively and efficiently.
• Manage multiple projects at the same time.
• Excellent at presentation design.
• Able to present the creative big idea and execution to the partners.
• Communicate with internal and external teams effectively.

Requirements & Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
    • 2+ years of experience in creative campaigns, from ideation to execution, in advertising or similar creative and entertainment industries.
    • Ability to plan and organize internal and external resources to deliver outcomes for various projects within the agreed-upon quality, timeframe, and budget.
    • Thorough understanding of lifestyle and cultural trends, with a passion for music and musical talent-related content; ability to stay ahead of music and advertising trends.
    • Strong multitasking and time management skills.
    • Proven budget management abilities.
    • Able to work onsite 5 days a week (Flexible working hours).
