• Source and select suppliers that meet product requirements (e.g., Apparel, Accessories, Jewelry) on schedule
• Identify and onboard new suppliers for production capability evaluation
• Optimize costs by sourcing high-quality raw materials at competitive prices
• Prepare and manage purchase orders (PO/PR) via BC system
• Create product codes for individual items and bundles (BOM/Bundle)
• Inspect and ensure product quality before warehouse delivery
• Coordinate timely product deliveries to the warehouse
• Verify supplier invoices and payment requests

• Strong negotiation skills with internal teams and external partners
• Excellent planning, coordination, and follow-up abilities to ensure timely deliver
• Problem-solving skills with the ability to manage urgent or unexpected issues
• High attention to detail in documentation and product specifications
• Strong interpersonal skills for building and maintaining relationships with suppliers and stakeholders
• Flexible to work off-site, upcountry, or on weekends if required

• Drive executives safely to and from assigned locations.
• Plan efficient and safe routes for timely transportation.
• Maintain and check vehicles regularly to ensure they are in good working condition.
• Keep vehicles clean both inside and outside.
• Be available for occasional overtime or out-of-town travel.

• Male or female, up to 50 years old.
• At least 5 years of experience as an executive driver.
• Strong knowledge of Bangkok and surrounding areas.
• Valid personal driver’s license with no suspensions.
• Non-smoker and does not consume alcohol.
• Candidates living near the executive’s residence will be given special consideration.
